Services

Our services include a wide variety of adult medical care, including but not limited to routine physicals, geriatric care, treatment of acute illnesses and ongoing management of chronic medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, asthma, emphysema, arthritis, thyroid disease and kidney disease, allergies and skin disease.

Emergencies
If you need urgent attention, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 for assistance. The emergency room physician will evaluate your medical problem and consult with Dr. Pukis when necessary.

Hospitalization
When hospitalization is required, Dr. Pukis will be your attending physician at Crestwood Medical Center and Huntsville Hospital.
